Phoenix did a great job on some very dirty carpet. The owner was kind enough to work with our schedule as I was coming out of the hospital. The crew was prompt and professional. We'd highly recommend Phoenix and will use them again. Service: General carpet cleaning

We have used Phoenix carpet cleaning for several years now. They always call right back to schedule appointments, call the day before with a time estimate, and are professional and very friendly. They did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They also cleaned our couch and recently did some grout cleaning. We are happy with all the services we received so far. Highly recommend.

I've used this company a few times now and have been happy with each visit. I called them this morning after a pet accident on the carpet and they were at my house 1.5 hours later. Thank god! They are awesome, friendly, gave us advice on cleaning solutions to use before they get there that will help. They're terrific! Services: General carpet cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal

I recently used Phoenix to clean the carpets in my home and they did a great job. Bynum was very helpful and responsive in setting up the service and Austin and Jacob did a wonderful job on the carpet. Everyone I dealt with at Phoenix was very professional and a pleasure to work with - I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!
