Save yourself the trouble and hire a different company. After 5 years of having this company clean my house.today I called to see why they hadn't showed up yet (11-2 arrival time). I was told they wouldn't be able to clean my house today. I don;t understand since I've had them on a schedule for 5 years. I was given several excuses none that made any sense in regard to why they simply couldn't clean my house on the scheduled day. They did offer to send someone on Saturday. Really? That's when my company is coming! So, now I have to rush around and clean my house this evening (Friday) so it's clean for my company!

I was initially looking forward to working with Pop-Ins Maid Service because the prices seemed reasonable and the average rating was good. However, I'm very disappointed with my experience. I made an appointment for a Saturday a week in advance, and I was told at 6pm the Friday before that they weren't coming. They rescheduled for the next Saturday with an estimated arrival of 11-2pm. On Saturday at 1pm I reached out because we hadn't heard anything, and at 2pm I was notified that they couldn't get a hold of the cleaning crew so they probably weren't coming. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

We used Pop-Ins Maid Service for a deep clean in advance of putting our home up for sale. Several of the items - like wiping our outer cabinets and baseboards - were left completely undone, while others - like the shower - were done poorly. When I called to complain, the staff member seemed unconcerned. After a second phone call, they offered a small amount off our next service.no thanks. I escalated my issue and eventually received a small amount off of our originally quoted price. I ended up spending the night re-cleaning the home I'd just paid to have done.

I told the person I spoke to that I was selling my house and needed maid service quickly. She scheduled service for a Monday. I did get a call about an hour before saying the person's car had broken down and they would not be there. I rescheduled for Tuesday at 8 am since I had an inspection for Tuesday afternoon. No one there at 8 - at 8:15 I called - office hours not until 9 am. Bottom line - this is not a company you can trust.

Each time the team visited my home to clean they stayed less and less time. Although I paid for 2 1/2 hours for 2 people to clean (5 hours of cleaning) they were not staying the full time but continued to charge as if they were staying the full 5 hours of cleaning. When I questioned them about the less hours of cleaning they suddenly could not understand or speak English. I finally cancelled the service. I had used Pop-In Maids over 3 years.
