Do you provide cleaning supplies?
Yes, we supply all necessary cleaning materials. Special product requests can be accommodated with advance notice.
What are your service hours?
Office hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM. Saturday services available with prior arrangement.
Are services available for apartments?
Yes, we clean apartments of all sizes including move-in/move-out preparation services.
How do you handle pet access during cleaning?
We're pet-friendly but require aggressive dogs to be secured during service for safety reasons.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards accepted. Payment due day of service.
Are you bonded and insured?

I've used their professional service for 10 years every 3 weeks. I trust them with my home and I like how my bathrooms, floors, rugs and carpet are very clean. I had a minor concern with a bathtub and their team came back and fixed things. I've been happy with them. Highly recommended.

I used the service regularly for multiple months and was never impressed. Tiles were broken in my bathroom. Trash cans were left full. Trash was left on counter tops. The toilet was broken. Water was somehow left pooling under the sink. Mirrors were dirty. The rugs did not appear to have been vacuumed at times. It was rare that I was even able to tell that anyone had been there at all. After discontinuing the service I never received my key back. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I first used Maid in the Shade in 2007 after foundation work on our house. They did a great job of cleaning (walls, floors, etc) so that we could move back in. I decided I needed more help with house cleaning in 2013 and so of course my first call was to Maid in The Shade. Their monthly visit helps me keep ahead of "dust bunnies", cat hair, and clutter! The ladies bring their own supplies and have always come as scheduled. What more could I ask?!
