Our new basement carpet had been stained by our pet and the carpet had a horrible odor that we couldn't get out. We called Precise Carpet Cleaning and they called us right back and got us set up for for an appointment. They did a super job on my carpet, and returned (pleasantly!) for stubborn stains. My only regret is that I didn't know about them sooner!
