John was great throughout the process for us. He was available surprisingly quickly, and was able to walk us through the whole process ahead of time, so we knew what to expect. We asked for a "best case scenario" estimate and a "worst case" and ended up *almost* at the top, but managed to avoid some of the issues we were worried about, so we still saved some money over the worse case scenario. Overall, I'm grateful that his team helped resolve the mold issue, fixed the root cause, and proved that things weren't *quite* as bad as we feared. I'll definitely have him back to work another part of my house once I've resolved a couple of unrelated issues.

John and his crew did a great job cleaning up some serious mold and water damage in our basement, and we had them come back two summers later to get the mold out of our patio room. My parents had major plumbing issue on Christmas. My mom called John first thing the next morning and he came over immediately to quote the work. He worked with the insurance company, was polite and thorough. Always was here with his guys. Couldn't be happier with the whole process.

The crew from Bio Clean 911 did some mold remediation work in my basement in November. The cost was WAY less than every other company I asked for bids and the scope of work was exactly the same. John, the owner, is very friendly and easy to work with. He was very thorough in his explanation of what kind of work would be done and he kept in very good communication with me. His crew was polite and treated my home with respect. When the inspector came through and found a tiny bit of mold still in the basement, John and his crew came back out and cleaned it up within a day or so at no extra charge.

After receiving the news our house would need Mold Remediation, the hunt began for the best company to do the job right. Mold is a very serious subject. There is only one chance to get this right. I interviewed about 12 different companies for the job, going through them with a fine tooth comb. After all, this is a big investment and thats how we looked at it. Who can we trust was the question! TRUST is a big word in this day and age.
Many didn't fit the bill, AT ALL, after further review. I feared a botch job. The fact that we had been sick in our house due to the mold, it was of utmost importance. Then one day after months and months, I finally found the right company for the job. I instantly knew this was the one after meeting the owner John. Bio Clean 9-11 is a VERY professional company. They actually went the extra mile for my quirky demands. They respected our property. They showed up on time, and got the job done. I wanted to say thanks again to the crew and owner!
