We had Michael come over to our house from Steamy Concepts - once for a repair and once for cleaning. What a true professional. Michael was super kind, worked hard, answered a questions a was a great representative of Steamy Concepts. Our carpet looks brand new and will forever thanks to the extra sealer protection he used. When we need cleaning again we will only go to Steamy Concepts!

Great experience with these guys. I accidentally booked for the wrong date and called the day I actually needed my floors cleaned. These guys had their technician ( Alvin ) out in just a few hours.
