Great company. Family-owned but large enough to service us at our home in Kerrville and our previous home in San Antonio. When I called to Set my last appointment for my home in Kerrville the office girl was courteous and professional. She went over pricing with me and worked with my schedule to get my appointment time that I needed. The crew was on time & professional. They did a wonderful job cleaning and made sure that I was pleased before they left my house.
I even got a courtesy call from the office within a couple of days asking if I was pleased with the service. Now that's the way to do business I will certainly use Steamatic again in the future.

We recently had our carpets cleaned throughout the house and our tile/grout cleaned as well. Steamatic did a top notch job. The crew was on-time and very professional. My carpets and tile look like new again!

SCM went above and beyond for us! Waking up to my house being flooded wasn't the best experience but Steamatic's came in and put my mind right at ease. From start to finish they did my whole downstairs in less than 3 weeks! That includes drywall, baseboards, painting the whole house, carpet, wood floors.ect. Terry Thomas's communication was outstanding. He communicated everything that was going on each day and stayed right on schedule.
When I walked back into my home everything was clean, put back in place and they even hung my wall decor back up. I would highly recommend them for your home! There work is amazing and my house looks brand new! I am so happy that this is the company I chose to trust!

Excellent company. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly done. Everytime I asked for something, they (Terry) just made it happen. Very pleased with the way things went through the process of recovery and remodeling. I'm a happy customer. I highly recommend this organization. They are truly there to help you.
