Dropped 3 suits off for cleaning and service was very fast. Friendly employees and the place is clean. Loved the updates via text and love the fact you can track your drop off. I'll be back.

This may have been the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had at a dry cleaner, or perhaps anywhere. I spent $140.00 on drycleaning and ask if I could use a coupon on my phone, explaining that I was in the process of moving and did not have the capability to "print" a paper coupon. I was very rudely replied to with, "Stacy will NOT allow me to accept anything but a paper coupon".

So first time and LAST time I will use Waterstone cleaners. May I remind "Stacy" that we live in a digital age, things such as coupons can be scanned off a mobile device. AND, a successful business model is based more on customer service than any other factor.

I do not trust anyone else with my clothing and fabrics to anyone but WSC. The customer service cannot be beat. The attendants are always so polite and extremely helpful. My orders are always on time as promised, if not sooner. I have yet to be disappointed with my husband's cleaned and pressed shirts, my son graduation gown and many other items. The owners are the most kind and helpful people, true integrity and involved in the welfare of the Owasso area community. I just cannot recommend Waterstone Cleaners enough!

We have used WaterStone cleaners for our bedding, work clothes, and my wedding dress. All the employees are super nice, efficient, and get things done in a timely manner! Only place I would bring my dry cleaning!

I wouldn't trust just anyone with my wedding dress because it is so precious to me, but the Waters family is so professional and Waterstone cleaners did an amazing job caring for it! Not only did they fit me in on super short notice, but they also took extra measures to ensure that they handled the material of my dress in the right way. I'm blown away by the amount of care that was put into my dress and am super impressed by the staff at waterstone.
