I watched the person driving the air doctor truck throw a styrofoam cup out of their window on the highway. I'm not sure I would trust them to clean anything very well.

We thought we needed a duct cleaning, but when Matt and Aaron arrived they found we had a different problem. They explained the situation, showed us on the camera, and gave us a fair estimate. They were very respectful and did not resort to scare tactics, nor did they pressure us to make a quick decision for future work. They even refused payment for today's inspection! Guess who we'll be calling when we are ready for the work to be done!

Jason was quick to come assess our ducts. He found water and rust and gave ideas for solution. He even came back 2x to re-inspect with camera. After the water dried, his crew came out to clean and spray a rubber-like coating in the ducts. The ducts look brand new! The crew was friendly, professional and very hard working. They cleaned up well after themselves. It was a joy to have them in my home. I wish I had done this sooner!

I called Air Doctor Duct Cleaning & Lining to help at my parents' home. There was something stuck in their duct work connected to the dryer vent (My father and son may have been responsible for it getting there, lol. good intentions and everything.) They came out on one day and thought they had gotten everything out (according to my parents) but there was still a long piece of plastic/metal material stuck in there.
We called them back the next day and they came out the same day they received our call and were able to get that last object out of the ducts. They did not accept any additional payment or try to take advantage of and "older retired couple". I truly appreciate their integrity and quick response time to our need. You all are great! Thank you so much!
