My company has been doing business with Lord Baltimore for 16 years. I am very pleased with the service they provide us. They launder many items for including, hospital gowns, towels and linen and microfiber mops to mats. If there is a special request the Sales Manager will personally delivery the items to our front door. From the Sales Manager to the delivery drivers - everyone is friendly and welcoming. (*update* Here we are a YEAR later and im still dealing with the same problem.this company is a joke! Based on my experiences i whole heartedly believe every negative review they received ) 2 months I've been waiting for the uniforms I've ordered to be corrected that were not delivered the way I requested. No help from delivery crew, they just pasted the blame on the former delivery guy. Certainly no help from the salesman/company rep. They couldn't even spell my name on my shirts and its a very common name.this company is a joke

Schuster Concrete has been with Lord Baltimore since 2012. The change over to their uniform service was very smooth. They worked with us to get the right contract signed, get everyone sized and the proper uniforms ordered. Since that time, they have been willing and able to add to and change based on our needs. When an issue is discovered, they work with us to resolve it. We have been very pleased with the uniform service they provide.
