Instead of direct, transparent pricing, we were given an "idea" of the price. Now, I understand why. $80 dry cleaning bill for 6 sweaters.

Took my wedding dress in to be cleaned on May 30th. Was told it would be ready for pick up July 6th. Went july 9thh was told it wasn't ready and would need to come back july 15th. Went july 15th was told to come back july 23rd. I was told someone would call me because at this point no one has contacted me about what is going on with my dress. I try calling the corporate office and cockeysville no one picks up. At this point in going to report the dress stolen. Absolutely horrible dry cleaners.

Never thought I would LOVE a dry cleaner but I do! The nicest people, excellent tracking system for garments and insanely awesome communication. I had a loose hem in a skirt, they called and arranged a repair while it was being cleaned. Accidentally left some garments and I got a card in the mail letting me know I forgot. Well done
