Two weeks ago I hired the Carpet Police to steam clean my home's carpet. The employee, Daniel, did a GREAT job. We saved some money by moving our furniture out to the garage and Daniel cleaned all of the carpeting in the house not occupied by the couch or a bookshelf. He did a GREAT job, was polite, quick, and it was very affordable. Also, I just had two other guys from the company come over and do a cleaning job on my home's HVAC ductwork. Again, GREAT job. Yes, they were late, but they called ahead to let me know and it was fine. They used a spinning sweeper broom in every duct and vacuumed out any and all dust/debri the broom picked up. And they were quick and the price was affordable. I'll be using the Carpet Police again.

My carpet was left too wet, it took hours to dry. No one returned my call when I called about it. Their truck left a big oil stain on the street where they parked. The employees were nice, but certainly didn't do a good job.
