My first time here to drop off dry cleaning. The gentleman at the counter was very nice, tentative and explained which service would be best for what I needed done. Hours as noted on google are incorrect.

I went in there 2 weeks ago with a sweater to be dry cleaned he said it was in awful shape and was not sure he could clean it. It was practically brand new sweater just wanted it cleaned before I put it away from the winter. At that time I asked him how much does he charge for a queen comforter. He said $40.00. So yesterday I took my comforter in. Once again he said this is very damaged. $100.00. I told him absolutely NO way. Took it to another cleaner and they charged $35.00. This place is a rip off. I would NEVER recommend.

Came to fix zipper, they said they cannot do it. Then later came with my carpet to be cleaned and turned out I have special type of carpet that they've never seen and they can't do that either even though they advertise that they clean carpets. So I'm not sure what they can do. It's better to find professional and specialized place than to waste your time with them

I carried my wife's dress and a shirt to dry clean and to my surprise I was charged a very high price to dry clean my wife's dress, when I went back to pick up my items I was told that they could not get the wrinkles out of her dress and they still charged me $11 for a halfass job, my response was if you couldn't do it at the beginning why did you insist to take it and provide an unfinished product, also to add my white shirt had a stain and his response was we don't do stain removal even though it was brought to their attention from the beginning. Poor service results to poor ratings.
