I was charged much more than originally quoted over the phone and it's not clear that the rug was even cleaned. if i had to do it over again, i would put the money towards a vacuum or steam cleaner. i do not recommend this service.

Dropped off a $300 rug for an $80 cleaning. Ill be honest, I was a bit skeptical since thats about 25% of the rugs new price, but things honestly came out great. Part of the rug I thought was grey? Yah, turns out it was white. No real complaints, would have loved for the price to be closer to $50, but in the end Im fairly happy.

I took in a rug that ended up being difficult for them to clean. I wasn't 100% happy with the first cleaning, but they offered to do a second pass free of charge and put a lot of work into it. Good service and they went above and beyond.

Had Deep Eddy out to clean some carpet for me. They did a really nice job of explaining what they could and could not do. Everything turned out better than I expected. While they were there I asked them to clean a rug for me. Luis explained to me how they don't clean rugs in home. He offered to take the rug back with him and have it cleaned at their shop. Overall great experience. Highly Recommend!

I used to have high regard for these folks but our last experience was aweful. I just discovered this week that a carpet I took there was torn. They repaired it but did not tell me. I know the rug was in perfect condition when I took it to them because it was new only a few years old. The repair is in the middle of the rug. I am furious because I did not notice it initially. They returned one of our rugs filthy didn't clean it at all and an antique rug they were rough with and ended up having to repair it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on the antique rug and the dirty rug. But now this damage to my new rug. I will never use them again.
