Failure to do so will result in a $30 cancellation fee charged to your credit/debit card. Manic Maids recognizes that many people are quite busy. As such, it is common for us to complete our services when you are not home. We will make arrangements with you to get access to your building, be it a key or other security access. A. Manic Maids will estimate the number of labor hours required based on the size of your building and the tasks you have requested.
