Robert Mann for the win. We own a traditional, felted rug that was made by my husband's late mother and his siblings. I have owned it for decades and was always fearful of having this one of a kind, invaluable heirloom cleaned by someone who did not know what they were doing. I walked into Robert Mann with the rug and the person who did the intake noted "Kyrgyz felt rug" without even asking me anything about it. They did a beautiful job cleaning it and it was done before the estimated time of completion. The fee was reasonable and the customer service extraordinary. Thank you Robert Mann!
