We run background checks on each worker we hire. We retain licensed private investigators to assist in recruitment. We participate in E-Verify to make sure our Employees are not just legally employed by us, but legal to work in the United States. Our Employees sign a strict security agreement and Non disclosure agreement understanding that NY Maids will hold them accountable and may resort to prosecution if they willfully exploit any of our customers or disclose our Customer's private matters.Additionally, we train them for several weeks which gives us a chance to weed out any potential problems and find out more about their moral character.

We guarantee, if you are not satisfied with the job we have done, we will come back and re-clean the areas missed within 24 hours. We also guarantee that if you are not happy with the maid that has been assigned to you for any reason whatsoever, you may request change of staff until you have found the perfect fit.

Certificate of Liability Insurance

Please call NY Maids to have a copy filled in with the appropriate certificate holder at least 2 business days before your service. This copy is only for confirmation that NY Maids carries current insurance, but cannot be used in your job. You must request another copy with the pertaining certificate holder parties named.

Workers Comp Certificate

Independent Contractor Maid Services avoid this liability by passing it onto unsuspecting Customers. Make sure you only hire from companies that send you actual Employees to avoid getting sued by an Independent Contractor that does not carry Workers Comp or possibly audited and fined by The Workers comp, Labor, unemployment, and IRS.
