After years of contemplating getting my kilim rugs cleaned I finally scheduled a pick up. I wish I hadn't waited so long. It only took one week, and the rugs look beautiful. Mert is a master rug weaver and knows his business well. He is also very easy to communicate with. Was very impressed with the quality of the service - not only was my XL rug returned looking better than ever, but Mert was helpful and knowledgable, even throwing in some great tips on how to care for our other rugs in the space! Great experience, will be returning when it's time to clean our rugs again.
