Why Us
Report
Due to the extremely risky nature of a window cleaning business, the cost of insurance coverage for window cleaning operations in NYC has skyrocketed over the last decade. Nowadays proper insurance coverage has become prohibitively expensive for many window cleaning companies of 20 people or less. To be able to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) they settle for Janitorial insurance, although such policy provides NO coverage for window cleaning operations on high-rise buildings! We provide our services to residential and commercial customers in all five boroughs of New York City and within 30-40 miles radius in Long Island, Upstate New York (Professional window NY), Connecticut and New Jersey.

Working with heights is certainly dangerous. Window cleaning as an occupation is and has always been highly undervalued. Ever thought about how your electrician, HVAC specialist, auto mechanic, or even a plumber is earning more than your window cleaner, although the window cleaner risks his life day in and day out on every window?
