Looking at good reviews here, I hired pro floor care to polish my marble. However, it was unfortunate that my marble literally went bad after polishing. The guys who did are inexperienced and they left pigmentation all over. Though Rob tried helping me by sending another person to redo the job, he couldn't help much and I am left with bad marble now. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Good morning Rob, in response to your comment below; As you are aware, during the first polishing, your team left the polish for longer period - as i understand from the person who came next, which left so many pigmentation in the stone.

The issue is not with the stone but the first polishing done. I agree to your point that the second person tried his level best to make it correct, he did a lot of hard work but at the end of it, that is the maximum he could do. As a final result, i still have the stone with lot of pigmentation which is not removable any more. The review is reflection of that bad experience as i see my bad floor now everyday.

This experience may be odd one out, but this is where i stand. I understand that the result is not favorable for both of us. In addition, I have also highlighted to you about how your first team made the lime stone fireplace bad by using the floor polish over it, which was truly unprofessional - Securing the workplace is minimum expectation from a professional company.
