A: Vacuuming is generally a good idea as well as removing any children's toys or pet items. A: Generally the carpet will be mildly damp to the touch, often drying within 24-48 hours depending on ventilation. If there is sufficient air movement it is not unusual for carpets to be completely dry within a few hours.

5 . Had a pretty serious spillage that needed immediate cleaning. Francisco got me scheduled in next day and Chris came out ready to get the job done. It wasn't a typical clean. We had the carpet pulled up, removed the pad and had baking soda soaking up the oil. Chris got it all cleaned up as best the situation would allow. Multiple passes and deodorizer etc. Over and under the carpet. Very pleased with them and their great service. I highly recommend and will be using them again without question when we do the entire house.

I called them at 3 pm needing a last minute carpet cleaning. These guys squeezed me in to their busy schedule the same day for a very small fee, and worked over an hour past their operating hours to accomidate me. The technicians were friendly and respectful of my home. Their rates are reasonable and I appreciate that I was charged exactly what I was quoted with no sneaky added fees. My carpets look and smell great, they took their time and paid attention to details. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.
