Using Charlotte Metro Cleaning (CMC) was truly an amazing experience. I called CMC when a family member tested positive for Covid-19 and had to quarantine in the same house as my 81 year old father. From the moment I called CMC to set up an appointment, they were extremely responsive and professional. Even with the influx of business during the Covid madness, they were very accommodating with scheduling around my work from home meetings.
Communication was great from the start; they were very quick to respond (via text and phone) and were very detailed and clear in their responses, pricing and suggestions. They were competitive with the handful of other quotes I received as well. On the phone with lead technician Kevin he explained the disinfection process and how the electrostatic system worked.
He also sent information that included how to prepare the house and what type of disinfectant they would be spraying. Any question we had, he was on top of it. We even received appointment reminders, updates and even a text that day letting me know he was on the way. On short notice, he showed up and disinfected the entire house, including our vehicles.
It was my first time seeing an electrostatic machine in use, and it was impressive how it was able to reach every area in such a short amount of time.
