We had Xach do our carpets and all the furniture. He arrived early, after calling to let us know. He was very pleasant and worked steadily, taking time to ask questions and explain things as well. The furniture turned out so clean. Carpets too. But I thought the bedroom carpet was a little too wet when he left. We turned on the fans and it was dry by the next morning.
Then my husband noticed that the hose he used was apparently laying in the grass, not the sidewalk- and it killed some grass. Just something to watch out for in future. Thanks.

I had 15 area rugs (including some that had been in the garage for several years). I had used Kelce and Company years ago when they were on Mulford Road, and I had a good experience then. That good experience couldn't compare to the most recent experience. After they had picked up the rugs, when they called to say they were ready to return them, I had unfortunately had issues with my house and my health, and I was unable to accept the rugs at that time.
The staff at Kelce were sympathetic and told me they would keep the rugs safe until I was able to accept delivery. They were as good as their word, and when I was again in a position to accept the rugs, they returned them within a week. Mot only were the two ladies in the office wonderful and understanding, the young man who picked up and delivered the rugs was amazing!
He shouldered the room-sized rug as if it was a small throw rug, and carefully placed them in the room in which I was going to store them. I will certainly call Kelce again.it's spring.time for spring cleaning!

Can't say enough good things about Kelce & Company. They are very friendly, responsive and professional. They did a wonderful job installing a flagstone resurfacing to our old cement patio. It looks amazing! They took great care to make sure that the colors were exactly what we wanted. Matches our house siding color so well. We have also used their carpet cleaning services and they delivered with the same professional and friendly manner. The entire staff is first-rate!
