We have a two story home and needed all the windows cleaned. They came out to look at the house, said they could do them all and gave me a price of 500 to do all the exterior. The guys showed up and were nice and did a decent job but the two front windows that were the highest up could not be cleaned because they could not get to them. Those two windows were the ones I could not get to so I called a professional. They should have least deducted some off the price but no offer was made

The representatives showed up an hour and a half late to scheduled appointment. Technicians where explaining service differently than what was explained during estimate. After speaking with supervisor and changing service to just window cleaning only, the technicians just left with out a word. Call supervisor back and gave no explanation just confirmed that we are not doing business. Terrible professionalism, waste of time!

Do not use these guys for home cleaning. They must do windows well, but if you hire them to clean your house and gutters, they wash everything into the down spouts and leave them stuffed full. Also, they will not touch a door to clean them (even the storm door windows will not be done.) I called them and left a message about my downspouts being clogged and ask g why my door weren't touched, but they never got back to me.
I left another message today explaining how disappointed I am in them. I have been working on downspouts all summer and trying to keep up. I can't get on the roof anymore (hence why I paid them 560) to clean it out, so I'm just doing my best. They screwed me, so don't let them screw you. They'll clean your house and fill your downspouts, but it'll take you months to fix it. Update: After hearing me complain, my sister took apart the rear garage gutter to find it had not been cleaned originally.
I had noticed it overflowing and took apart the downspout and cleaned it out & put back up. I didn't clean the gutter cause supposedly the guy JUST freakin did it. Well, I was wrong. And my original call, right after the "service" was ignored, but now that I did a Yelp review, he's called back 2 times.hmmmm? See how Yelp can help?!

Recently had the folks at Squeegee Squad out to do my windows; they did an excellent job! One of the things I appreciate most about working with them is communication When I called an left a message, I received a prompt call in return. Once we decided on a date and time, the staff were here exactly when they said they would be. Now, I can't say this will happen this way all the time but, given my experience, they'll do their best. It's impressive to work with an owner and staff that understand the importance of their word and the quality of their work. If I were you I wouldn't call anyone else.
