I called the company so concerned and convinced my expensive mattress was ruined. The company sent someone out the next day. Juan was pleasant and thorough yet the clean up only took 35 minutes to complete. I was so pleased with the results, I am planning on having the company clean my other two couches. The best part was that instead of paying a very high price, which I expected to do, the cost was so reasonable and definitely worth every penny!

Been using Hens carpet cleaning for 4 years at the apartments I manage. They do an exceptional job. They are fast and the price is reasonable. I had a couple of stains on the carpet and asked them to remove pet hair in carpet, they did just that. The carpet was like new and the pet odor and hair was all gone. I will always use hens dry carpet cleaners.
