I scheduled an appointment for a bathroom remodel and addition with gottpower. They said they'd have an estimate to me a week later, but it's been months of calling them and I've gotten nothing. I've called them dozens of times over the months. Most times they never answer. The few times they do answer they said they'll have an estimate to me shortly, but to this date I've received nothing. They also don't respond to messages or emails. It's been a huge waste of time for me.

We had a sump pump that failed and our basement flooded. I was devastated at how fast the carpet got soaked, and how much damage it caused. We called Gottpower Restoration and they were amazing. They came in and removed the wet carpet and padding, replaced the sump pump and got our basement dried out quickly. We really did not have the money to take care of this out of pocket, Gottpower Restoration worked with our insurance company and got everything covered under our policy.

They have the same pricing program as our insurance company. We are so glad we contacted them and their response was fast, and they took care of everything from start to finish. We recommend Gottpower Restoration to everyone.

They repaired an exterior wall that was almost completely rotted out due to a leak on a second floor. Very professional and took time to do little touches like filling in gaps between the plywood on the exterior of the house that would be unseen soon after siding goes up. When someone cares so much about the little touches you can tell they really care about the quality of their work.

Gott Power is by far the best water restoration company in Maryland. I am a first time home buyer and had an awful leak in my basement. Paula and Darrell we're so responsive and amazing throughout the entire process. Their years of experience and knowledge made the process so smooth. They walked me through each step and helped decrease my stress along the way. I HIGHLY recommend. Before (with water damage) and after (work was done) images included.

The owner and his employees do not know what they are doing. We hired this company to repair our cracked foundation wall. Many failed inspections, took them months to "complete" and horrible communication with the owner AND his wife. This was one headache after another. When they were pouring the slurry mix in the foundation it started coming inside the house.

They then swept it down our sump pump (ruining it) and in turn it ran out into the street and they proceeded to sweep the mix down the storm drain. Isn't that some environmental violation? They knocked our air conditioning unit that was suspended in the air down the 6 foot trench they had dug to expose our foundation. They hit our riding lawn mower with the bobcat in turn hitting our wooden privacy fence and breaking a few boards.

The owner himself was grading the backyard after repairing the cracks in our foundation. He hit our house with the bobcat cracking the wall all over again, some in new spots. He was the least bit concerned. We ended up firing him after that and wanted his insurance to take care of it. He refused to give us his policy number. We have since hired a reputable company to fix his shoddy work and complete the job.

Actually they tore down our old foundation wall and rebuilt it. I would not recommend hiring this company to do ANY job. You have been warned! If you want your job done the right way and completed, hire another company other than Gottpower.
