Kyle and team are the best in the industry! I got a text with updated ETA times, I knew exactly when they were going to arrive. The communication was excellent. Kyle and partner ( I'm so very sorry I've forgotten his name) do so much more than cleaning. We went through Colassal carpet to purchase and install our beautiful carpet throughout our home. Then unfortunately due to a major plummeting issue had to pull up part of our basement carpet. Colassal came swiftly to reinstall this week. We so appreciate their care and professional service. Colossal Carpet Care did a great job. They showed up on time to do an in-home estimate, stretched a carpet, cleaned the carpet in our home, and cleaned three rugs for less than some of their competition. They also answer the phone and email promptly. Our house is done and we're still waiting to inform some of the other guys the job is done. Good price and good service. We did not find better.

CCC came and stretched some carpet some one else installed poorly and cleaned the carpet for a great price. They were were on time and able to be in/out of the high rise condo quickly leaving a job well done. Payment, scheduling and reminders were all done via links texted to my phone making it easy and secure. Would recommend to anyone.

I had to have all of my padding and carpet removed from my basement to have some work done on the floor - Wayne came and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable to lay the padding and the carpet back down. When they came to do it I also want to have the carpet cleaned - ( should of thought of that before) - they were most gracious about doing both if they had time - which they did - the carpet was installed again very professional and the carpet looks new again after the cleaning. Highly recommended them

Kyle is very professional and did an amazing job talking to me about how to get my carpet looking new again. Scheduling was easy, pricing was reasonable and the results were amazing!
