Our management team includes eight individuals whose combined backgrounds represent over 80 years of professional experience in the janitorial industry. Steve Shuchat, President and shareholder of the company. Steve has worked full-time for Clean All Services since 1993, and has been President since 1999.
In the 1920's Israel Charles Shuchat brought his family to Piqua, Ohio and started a dry-cleaning business. Four generations and nine decades later the Shuchat family continues to be synonymous with cleaning in West Central Ohio. I was hired went to the job the person to be there to train me was an hour late. I waited patiently then the next day. I called someone else from the company (michelle)and she gave a excuse for the other lady's lateness.and said they were short staffed then they never called me back. for a job that they hired me for but never followed through frustrating and unprofessional! Followed up with (Michelle) in reference to the job.she said she would call me back but Never did! # unprofessional and poor communication!

Low pay, a lot of work. Was constantly told that I would receive Gift Cards. I never received. I was offered at Supervisor position with a $.50 pay raise and I never received it until I quit (Reason Why I quit). They wanted me to clean Dayton Leadership Academy basically by myself, because we where constantly short staff. They wanted me to clean the entire main hallway, cafeteria, gymnasium, entire 6th-8th hallway.
Including the all classrooms & bathrooms in that hallway. If someone didnt show up, it was left up to me to clean there area and this had to be done after school has let out & I had to be gone by 11. I was also told to take 2 full bins of trash out in a dark parking lot/ alley where there was no lights. And the pay was only $9.50!

I have had a very positive experience with this company. I was able to to work a couple of locations and make a little bit of extra cash as a supplement from my regular job. Everyone was always professional and communication was never an issue. Will certainly call them again if I ever need another opportunity.

I started a few months ago, my Supervisor-Cody and Amanda are excellent folks, providing me with feedback and supplies, My coworker is great, Payroll helped me with an issue about a missed day punch and I love the place, I am at. I read the bad reviews, I am sorry and I hope things will get worked out. The cleaners and the supervisors are the ones who make the company great or lose a business.

This is a terrible company to work for. The supervision is non existent. There are always car problems. I came to work yesterday and was told that I quit apparently. It took almost 2 hours and 6 phone calls to figure out what happened and if I still had a job. The pay is minimal and it's not worth your time.
