The company is reliable and their phone and email support is top notch. My main complaint is that they never stock enough for their third pricing tier. So you either have to place a few boxes on back order or pay more money for fewer jars.

My first experience with The Cary Company and I couldn't be more impressed. I really just had a request for the size of a product after receiving the same item from another vendor that was not as described on their advertisement. I received a response very quickly from Betty who confirmed the size and sent a photo of the item in use to compare with.

Above and beyond! Customer service seems rarer these days and it is always a pleasure to find it so cheerful and available. I will be Cary customer from this day on. Thank you!

I placed a order 12/14/21 I was told one item wasn't available until 1/28/22 and I thought ok I didn't need items until February. So when I didn't hear from them I reached out on 2/1/22 I asked them the status of order. Jessica emailed me 'It looks like this order is currently pending fulfillment due to one of the parts being on backorder.

Part #67WD55 is currently on backorder & we currently do not have an eta as to when this will be back in stock. If you would like us to ship what we have in stock & put the remainder on backorder, please let me know. Please be advised that shipping partial is 2 separate freight charges. Word of advice use someone else. I'd rather pay a little more and have the confidence that my items will arrive in a timely manner. Order at your own risk!

Great company to deal with. I am very happy with the one gallon jugs and the 16 oz squat quarts. Rich is a great sales man as well. Communication is great. He will check back to see how things are going. Will keep on buying!

I ordered 5000 bottles to be shipped to a customer as a blind shipment; I did not want the customer to be aware of where I purchased the bottles. I had to send several emails back and forth before being understood about not wanting Cary's name and address on the bill of lading; I was then able to supply my own BOL. I was assured that there would be no packing slip or documentation of any sort sent with the shipment.

I have to take on faith that those instructions were followed, since I can't very well call my customer and ask. I also ordered 4 sample bottles from that order to be sent to me so I could fit a brush cap from an overseas vendor to the bottle and make sure that the brushes would fit properly with Cary's bottles. After a few days had passed without the samples, I spoke with Kristen, who told me that she had inadvertently sent the samples to MY CUSTOMER, along with a packing slip that of course showed Cary's address and phone number.

My customer can now easily bypass purchasing from me, buy direct from Cary, and save herself my markup. This sloppiness has almost certainly cost me a customer and most certainly taught me something about dealing with Cary - Don't do it again.

The Cary Company was very helpful and the website easy to navigate. My sales rep, Ashley Kosy, was willing to go the extra mile to offer me various options on the product I was inquiring about. I was kept in the loop as to the status of my order and when my products became available they were shipped promptly and I actually received it a day earlier than promised! The Cary Company really hit this one out of the park. I will continue to do business with them.

What can I say that hasn't already been said.guess I should have researched this company on Yelp before placing any trust in them for our business packaging needs. As others have said - BUYER BEWARE - and know what you're getting into before you do business with these guys. We placed a business order for several thousand packaging items (bottles, sprayers, caps, etc.) from this company and have had nothing but issues from day 1. Bottles leaking, sprayers breaking, delivery problems and returns, etc. It's been a nightmare from the beginning - but, as the others have said, the price was right.

Well - I guess the old say "you get what you pay for" couldn't be more true here. After a barrage of customer complaints on our packaging, it finally got to the point that we called The Cary Company to advise them of the issue (potentially saving others from the same situation) and return these products and replace with a different style (which we were willing to pay for).

To my surprise - they refused to do ANYTHING about it and actually blamed this on us for not inspecting every item from our 7000+ unit shipments in advance. This kind of service in this day and age amazes me - but I guess that's why they have 2 stars here.not sure where the 2nd one came from to be honest. I've already made a few calls to their competitors to help me resolve the situation this company put me in and already a HUGE difference just in the tone from their CS staff. This company will never get another dollar of our business.

I have worked with The Cary Company for over 15 years and will always come to them for one stop packaging solutions. The website is very user friendly and whenever I have a question members are quick to respond via chat or over the phone. I shouldn't have cheated on Amazon. I've ordered before and that service was fine. I guess beginners luck. This time. I should've listened to my husband and ordered via Amazon. I needed my package. And I couldn't fulfill my orders. So there's no way in hekk I'd recommend this company.

Bad experience. Beware. We bought a full case of bottles that were just thrown into a flimsy box. They had multiple scratches. I called them but they have no intentions to make it right. First and last time purchasing from them. I advise not to purchase from them!

We placed a order because the company we usually order was out of stock. Cary company prices are higher than who we usually order through, they did not have the items in stock. When we called to see when we would get them they didnt care. Said the date for shipping was a estimated date. They sent us a email letting us know they where out of stock and for a additional fee they can send it faster.

What a joke, will not be ordering from this company again. All the poor lady said was well I will let our manager know. Thanks, the lady was nice and polite but it was frustrating that the company doesnt care if there items are late. Or if they ship at all.

We were building a large industrial autoclave for our commercial mushroom business. We needed 55 gallon steel drums that we could trust to handle 15 psi constantly. Our final decision was based on the fact that this companies drums are rated for 200 kPa (about 29 psi) while most companies are only rated for 150 kPa (about 21 psi). Seemed like most drums would probably work, but pressurizing things is extremely dangerous so we decided to go with the Cary Company.

We payed almost $200 in shipping to have UPS ship the drums and all the Cary Company did was wrap them in a thin layer of plastic. When they arrived one of the drums was badly dented to the point that the lining was compromised and we were told by the manufacturer that the drum would no longer hold up to the pressure. They said they would send us another one if we payed for it all over again and file a claim with UPS to which we told them no.

Finally after hours and hours of time on the phone with the Cary Company and UPS they all pretty much told us to shove it. I will never deal with this company again and I highly recommend that you on't either.

Don't order if you want your stuff in a timely fashion. Almost a week later and I'm still being told it hasn't shipped. After reading other reviews it seems to be how this company works. So if you don't mind waiting and are not in a hurry and don't mind smart mouth salespeople this is the company for you.

If you are legitimate manufacturer with volume needs, this company is a joke. They seem to cater to smaller organizations that have no expectations of service. Do yourself a favor, and find a real packaging distributor that knows how to take care of customers.

BUYER BEWARE! Our company was in desperate need of supplies for our business. After shopping around we found that the Cary Company had the best pricing. Since the item comes from China I was concerned that the item might not be in stock and we didn't have time to wait. I chatted with them and they assured me it was in stock here in the USA. So i placed the order, got the confirmation e-mail and tracking. 3 days later i get another email saying the item is back ordered.

So i called & they assured me that the item was at their other warehouse here in the states and would be transferred to the closer warehouse in another 4 days. I call back on the 4th day later when it's suppose to be being shipped to me. They inform me that the item is out of stock and will be coming from china and will be in stock in 3 weeks & that's not to mention the addition week to ship to me!

Now we are out almost a month and 1/2. So i could have ordered from China myself and it would have been cheaper and faster than that. Now our company is losing hundreds of dollars a day. If they had just been honest up front we could have made a decision for this order and then placed future orders with Cary CO. NEVER will we order from them again.

They were dishonest with our company and left us in a lurch, which can devastate a small company like ours. I would HIGHLY recommend if you need something on a time frame. DO NOT use them or believe anything they are telling you. Very, Very disappointed in this company.

I have used other vendors for my supplies and paid more than I should have. I discovered this great company and am now ordering 300 Custom made Poly Bags from them. Their service is really good and everyone is friendly.

Great company to work with. Their sales staff was very helpful in assisting me with the items I needed. And their pricing is great. They offer sample options as well. Just in case you're not sure which product suits your needs best. I'll definitely be doing future business with them.

Top notch team. My experience with Carey was perfect. I had to call them a couple times due to changing my plans. They were considerate, professional and eager to help. The product was exactly as described. As a bonus. my shipment arrived way faster than I thought it would. Way to go Carey. Glad I picked you guys over the competition.

I could not have had a better experience. I needed a very particular induction seal, and I needed it immediately for several thousand bottles of a consumer product brand, www.kinoskincare.com that we were manufacturing. I placed the order online, i received confirmation of my order, and the next day I received confirmation that my order had shipped. They had the parts at the right price, right time. I ordered over 10 days ago containers that I need for my products. I've ordered these exact containers for years with other companies and had them within a couple days. Now, 10 days later, (after being told by Michael Dieckman that I'd have tracking info 7 days ago) I called to see where my containers are at. They haven't even shipped them yet! The Cary Company: Sales Order #SO20871 Now we're paying more for another vendor to overnight us the containers.

I wish I came on Yelp to see the reviews first before putting my order in. I made an order for some jars and a shrink gun, but then customer service sent me an email telling me that they were out of stock for 2 of the products I ordered. They then told me that my products would not come in until a month later. I asked, if I have to wait over a month for my products if I could get free shipping for the inconvenience and they told me they don't do discounts on shipping.

That makes no sense for me to have a wait over a month for my products and yet I am still paying FULL PRICE for THEIR INCONVENIENCE. Don't buy from them, take your business to Uline in Hudson, WI

I have dealt with The Carey Company for a few years now with terrible support but I'm taking my business elsewhere. Aside from the fact you can NEVER get through to anyone on the phone and messages are returned several days later, their last screw up was inexcusable. I ordered a product that I have bought in the past so a repeat order. This time, the wrong size shows up.

I call them eventually get to speak to a moron who tries to explain the size I ordered actually comes in a different size. I explain, this isn't my first order, and the last ones sent to me were the right size. I sent them pictures with digital calipers showing the new items were 4mm wider and thus a completely different size. They try to pull some Chewbaca defense nonsense saying that the item fits a smaller size additional product (like I care), so that's why they sent me that instead of what I ordered, like that will somehow make sense.

They just couldn't admit that they custom made the wrong size item during production and rather than replace the $150 order with the correct product that I ordered before, they probably spent twice that in man hours arguing complete nonsense, only for me to do a chargeback with my credit card company. Don't waste your time with this company. More headache than it's worth.

Every time I've ever ordered with this company it has been an issue. The only reason I continued after the first order was because they promised it would never happen again. Well it did, but this time somehow my order got lost and they had to find it. Someone called to fix it said to order through phone call, we did that, was told our package was being delivered the next day, did not receive an email of proof called back Monday only for them to say there was not enough room on the truck, I am running a business here and waiting so long on merchandise kills my sales.

So they shipped it off Monday, I later ordered bottles from another company and received those in three days. I still have yet to receive my order. Do Not Order From this Company! You will only receive a headache, like business owners need more stress on their shoulders.

They just don't care. In retrospect, I wish I went on Yelp before I wasted weeks of emails back and forth.as I see others negative experiences here also. I instead went to BBB and looked at that "Started in 18-- whatever date." and I thought, "Maybe going with quality will pay off in the end even if they cost more." I chose to spend my time exploring using this company because of their years of business and them being in the USA.

I am so disappointed in this company and I am off to look for another to put my bottle project into production again. After wasting so much time on them, they apparently were not at all interested in my business as they led me to saying this in one of my last communications to them, "Please send details and prices. I need prices and I need answers", and, "Can I kindly ask for you to please take more of the lead here in informing me about your products and processes because I am feeling like I am having to guide this process more than I feel I am able to do." Part of the answer I received back was: "I'd be more than happy to take the lead and inform you.

I just need to know your questions." OK, that is a ridiculous answer. I was SO specific about my project and questions this whole time and where I was not, I admitted I needed their help to understand their processes. When my customers ask questions, I do NOT expect them to have to know what to ask because they are not the professionals in my line of work.

I give them lay answers in a clear-to-understand manner. Maybe I was small fry to them (though we could have given them steady thousands as our need is ongoing) and so they just tried to be as annoying and unprofessional as possible to me in order to send me away. It worked, guys! Beware all companies, small AND big. The company who treats you well only if you will spend millions with them is the sign of a bad company. I urge all major companies to give their business to companies of integrity instead. And if you are a small to medium business, stay away. They just DON'T care.
