Ambassador Window Cleaning & Maintenance

Originally I called Ambassadorto clean my rain gutters. Their technician Joseph Sheehan arrived and quickly went to work. When done the gutters were perfect and he had cleaned up gutter debris that had fallen to the ground from the gutters. The entire job was perfect. Before he left he briefed me on other services Ambassador specialized in. There was no sales pressure.

So I called Ambassador and requested pressure washing of my house. Joe came the next day. When done the house looked great. And again Joe did cleanup of his cleaning process. The house looks brighter than ever. Both services were perfect and worth the money. Thanks Ambassador.

They did a great job clearing debris from my gutters at a reasonable price. Easy to schedule, prompt, and pleasant work force. Highly recommend.

Couldn't be happier with the gutter cleaning service provided by Ambassador yesterday. We were able to schedule service a couple of weeks out. The individual who came out called us when he was on his way (well within the time window we were given), and he did an excellent job of removing our clogged gutters. He took all the pine needles he collected - no mess for us! And to top it off the price they charged was very reasonable! Thank you!

This group is completely incapable and incompetent at removing and cleaning storm windows to actually clean the windows on your house!

Ambassador Window Cleaning was the best. From scheduling to the quality work performed to the final work completed everything went great. I really appreciate this quality family owned business. I had them clean my windows inside and out, clean the gutters and do some pressure washing. All was done with great care and the results were amazing. The price was very affordable as well.

I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends with confidence. I tend to shy away from big franchise companies because a lot of time the quality is lost as well as customer service. We needed the windows cleaned on our two story house and I knew it would be a project because we have so many. I was delighted with the service, especially the punctuality, as it's not always common that folks arrive when they say they will. The technician worked swiftly, but really efficiently. I was rather impressed with his ability to make it look like he hadn't even been here.

I also had a young child who needed to nap in the midst of where he was working, and was so grateful that the technician could clean without making a noise. She didn't even flinch. All moms will give that a standing ovation!

Having lived in Charleston and Mount Pleasant all my life I'v used many contractors in the Low Country. I have found it very rare to come across a company that leaves me feeling taken care of in every way. Ambassador Window Cleaning showed up on time, charged a fair market price, technician was well groomed, great customer service and the work was done beyond my satisfaction.

Ambassador has been our window cleaning partner at the HarbourView Inn for several years. Their team always does a fantastic job and are very conscious of our guests coming and going from the hotel. We demand a high standard as that is what our guests demand of us, and the Ambassador team delivers every time.

Josh did a great job! He showed up on time at 8am. He fixed all the holes in the screen as requested and flushed the gutters. He was pleasant, polite, conscientious and very knowledgeable about gutters in general. Josh is an asset to your company! I would definitely recommend your services!

Ambassador has been washing windows and power washing for us for several years. Nearly always I have been 100% pleased. If there is a problem or an issue, they always come back and take care of it. I have found Jeremiah and his crew to be hard working, accommodating, and friendly. They are always willing to go back over a window that needs a bit more work. They keep our brick walkways and painted trim looking brand new. Grateful to have them!
