I needed a deep clean in my apartment after a year of doing it myself. Ive been busy and havent had time to keep it up as much as Id like. After a summer of traveling, I came back to my house that didnt feel like home. I contacted Cleanzen Cleaning for help on short notice. The day after I reached out, they helped me they assess what I needed and gave me a quote. The cleaners arrived on time with a team of three. I left them for work, and when I came back after two hours, my apartment was clean!

I called Cleanzen Houston yesterday afternoon and spoke with customer service. I needed a cleaning for my apartment before moving out, and I needed it done the next day. She managed to fit me in for 10 a.m. this morning. Right on time, Ruby knocked on my door, fully equipped with her own supplies. She spent about an hour and a half cleaning, and she did a good job as I checked her work.

I looked for a cleaning company on Google after moving into a dirty apartment. It took only 2 hours for the entire service, was simple to contact and book, and they arrived on time. My condo was expertly deep cleaned by Maria and Julia who arrived right on time! Their speed and thoroughness in cleaning a condo that hadn't had a deep cleaning in a long time really amazed me. It was a great experience for me. Cleanzen Team was responsive either online or by text, it was very convenient for me, and they answered all my inquiries. The assigned cleaner was kind and thorough, and she even designed these adorablebows out of our toilet paper and paper towels as a bonus. Even though it was a struggle to communicate since Engish is not her 1st language, but she prepared a translation app just in case. And I appreciate the effort. I didn't have a hard time guiding her into our apament. And the outcome was worth it!

Carlos was on time, and he got right to work! Cleanzen Cleaning Company generously provided us with a one-time deep clean despite my husband and I having disabilities. Our lower-class apartment needs cleaning once a week, and we are waiting for help from the city. Since we had been waiting for two months, our apartment was obviously dirty. As a one-time request, Cleanzen cleaned it for us.
