Services
Pressure Washing
Our pressure washing services remove dirt, algae, and grime from driveways, sidewalks, and building exteriors. Using high-pressure water jets, we restore surfaces like concrete, brick, and siding to their original condition. Clients benefit from improved curb appeal and extended surface lifespan while avoiding damage through calibrated techniques.
Soft Washing
Soft washing safely cleans delicate surfaces like roofs and vinyl siding with low-pressure water and biodegradable solutions. This method eliminates mold, moss, and stains without risking damage. Homeowners appreciate its effectiveness for maintaining HOA-compliant appearances and protecting sensitive materials.
Roof Cleaning
Roof cleaning removes moss, algae, and debris to prevent structural damage and improve energy efficiency. Our soft wash process preserves shingle integrity while extending roof longevity. Property owners see reduced cooling costs and enhanced property value through restored curb appeal.
Gutter Cleaning
Gutter cleaning prevents water damage by clearing debris from gutters, downspouts, and roof valleys. We use specialized tools to ensure proper drainage and inspect for repairs. Clients avoid costly issues like fascia rot and water leaks while maintaining functional, clean gutter systems.
Concrete Sealing
Concrete sealing guards against stains, cracking, and weather damage using premium eco-friendly sealants. We prepare surfaces thoroughly and apply even coats for lasting protection. Property managers and homeowners benefit from reduced maintenance costs and a polished, durable finish for driveways and patios.

Mike was one of my students a "few" years ago in Georgetown. I remember him as a polite, well behaved excellent student. Yesterday, they washed our house and did an excellent job. The north side of the house collects green mold and today, the white siding is bright clean. I will certainly recommend them to do work for you. Thank you, Willie and Bob Henderson.

Pro Wash came out this morning and cleaned the house, sidewalks and driveway. The driveway was particularly difficult as my son spilled red paint on it. Pro Wash did a great job removing it. I would recommend this business to friends and family, in fact, I'm having them power washer at another residence soon.

The team at Inman Pro Wash does a remarkable job, while maintaining a professional manner around the home. They pressure washed our huge, multi-level deck, re-stained it and weatherized it. The quality of their work is beautiful and they take great care with furnishings and making sure nothing is damaged. We recommend them without hesitation.

Great service, Had my house washed and the concrete patio cleaned. Prompt arrival quick setup and wash. Great job by James the Technician. Very polite answered all our questions. The rear of our house is 3 stories when you take the walkout basement into account, he handled it with ease, gutters cleaned as well, not a small feat at all. Great Job Inman's!

We have been using Mike to clean and stain our deck since 2012. He's done the job 4 times and we've been happy each time. His crew does a nice job and the occasional time we've asked something be done differently or corrected, they've taken care of it without a hitch. We'd happily recommend him for wooden deck cleaning and staining.

I had Inman pro wash give me an estimate for washing my house. They quickly did an estimate over the phone and worked me in on their schedule within a week. My house has never looked so good. I'm very surprised that they could remove the black stuff. I had no idea there was a service for this kind of stuff. I do recommend this company to everyone.
