We have been using April's Cleaning for many years now. They always do a thorough job and if something isn't right, they come back and fix it. April's cleaning did A phenomenal job of our two bedroom two bath condo. I'm ashamed to say that the refrigerator and oven was going to be a challenge for her but she tackled it and was successful. I've been using April's Cleaning for almost 6 years. After reading all of the negative reviews, I have to say I'm surprised. My experience has been they're easy to communicate with via email & phone. They're always willing to work with me to reschedule if I have a conflict. They even call me with an ETA to let me know they're on the way.
Their prices are reasonable compared to what I've heard my neighbors pay for their service. Before the cleaning crew leaves, they always ask me to check behind them to see if they overlooked something or didn't clean to my standards. If I ask them to clean something, they have a pleasant attitude & always take care of it. The girls are always sweet to my dog and don't mind cleaning around him or me while I work from home.
Do they deep clean as well as I would if I did it myself? Well duh.no one does or would, and that's my realistic expectation. I'm just thrilled I don't have to dust, vacuum or scrub the bathrooms, so I'm a happily, satisfied customer
