I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the cleaning that Chris performed on our area rugs. After years of normal traffic and pets, our rugs look as good as new! Chris was on time to the job, well versed in his area of expertise, provided insight on how to maintain and care for our rugs and a truly genuine and honest business owner. We are so appreciative to him and look forward to sharing his name and company with others. Thank you again, Chris!

I used Freshstart carpet cleaning, not knowing what to expect. It was a last minute decision, but despite my crazy schedule, Chris was flexible and went out of his way to accommodate me. I had to reschedule twice and he did not complain. To help even more, he came to clean my carpet on his off day. Chris arrived on time, was very professional and explained his cleaning process to me, in detail. I truly loved the results and he didn't take all day to clean my carpet. He was able to remove stains that I couldn't get removed. When he finished, my home was fresh and my carpet couldn't look better. I highly recommend this business!
