We sold our house recently and used Maid in Amarillo twice: once to prepare the house for showing and again after selling to leave the house clean. Wow! What a great service! Easily worth twice the cost, two very sweet ladies showed up and quietly went about their business and left the house spotless! Will most definitely use again. Very professional and hard working! They have done a standard clean and deep clean. In both cleans they exceeded expectations, which is a lot for me as I am particular. The ladies sent to our home by MAID IN AMARILLO were professional, thorough, courteous and conscientious. My elderly mother was impressed and she is one that doesn't really like for strangers to be coming to her home. The service requested was very easily set up by Claribel, no hassle, no drama. We have just set up a schedule for them to come back on a regular basis. I highly recommend this business for anyone needing this type of service.

I have used Maid In Amarillo cleaning services for over five years starting in 2016. At first they were very good and did a great job. Then slowly there services went from okay to bad. They started using strong chemicals that made my eyes water and caused problems with my allergies. I told the owner Clarabell and she had it corrected. Then there were different ladies coming to clean each time, not the same ones.
Then they were coming an hour or more late. Sometimes they would call but most of the time I did the calling. The owner later would call and want to change dates and time. This became a frequent routine with this company. There cleaning became terrible to say the leas. Just before I stopped using them two of the employees were starting there own maid service and handing out business cards.
I told the owner Clarabel but didn't make much of a difference. Now she wants to branch out and clean the inside of your vehicle. She needs to do a better job of cleaning homes first. I don't like writing negative reviews but I felt people who are considering using Maid In Amarillo would be wise to go with another company. Gary

Rust stains gone & best new baby gift A family member gifted us with a cleaning before our next little one arrives. We already have 2 kids so the house stays pretty messy. The Maid in Amarillo team went above and beyond! Not only did they do regular cleaning, we had old rust stains in our bathtub from when we moved in and they got them out! We didn't even request this.
The ladies also stacked and organized piles of things that were chaotic (like books and papers) to bring a sense of order to all areas. Lastly, they cleaned some large windows that we have that are constantly hand-printed by our other two kids. Would give more than 5-stars if I could!

The business was great about working with me long distance. I was quoted a price that I believe was very fair. The ladies showed up right on time and worked very hard. The appliances look like new, the home smells so fresh and clean, windows, floors and bathroom are all done well. I would highly recommend their services and plan on using them once I move in.

The real estate market is so crazy right now! So, I found a house I wanted, but my house was a disaster! In one day I got Maid in Amarillo scheduled for a move out clean, and I'm so thankful for these women! They cleaned my house from top to bottom and got it show ready! I don't know what I would have done without them! Probably would have broken my back and my house still would not be as clean as it is now! Thank you Maid in Amarillo!

It's always a gamble trying something or someone new, but I am so happy I hired "Maid in Amarillo" based on their reviews! Moving back to Amarillo, Texas after living three years in Colorado, the home we purchased in The Greenways was needing a deep clean. With my wife sick and myself being a Disabled Combat Veteran, these gals arrived at our door with all of their cleaning supplies and spent the next four hours applying their professional skills and services! They do a fabulous job! I've used them twice for moving out of places. I am always a bit jealous I'm not staying behind to enjoy the spotless apartment they just finished cleaning. They are very flexible and accommodating. You can schedule service completely online if that appeals to you. I hate cleaning so I feel the value for the service they provide. Highly recommend!

We were so excited to have these amazing women clean our home! My mom was having knee surgery and hadn't been able to get around for quite a while so there was A LOT of dust. They did a very thorough job - every nook and cranny and dusted a lot of knick knack shelves with great care and detail. They even put everything back in place perfectly!
Who does that? These cleaners do! Everything they touched was amazing when they left. This company was also very easy to get set up and follow through with online. I am not sure how the price compares to the other companies in town but it was worth EVERY penny! Thank you Maid In Amarillo!

I used this company for a move-in cleaning which included all routine cleaning plus windows, shutters, lights, fans, baseboards, insides of cabinets and drawers, and oven. Every inch was cleaned beyond my expectations, and they waited for me to inspect their work before leaving, saying they would re-do anything that was not satisfactory. You don't pay until the work is finished.
Very professional and the house went from smelling like dog to daisies. So so pleased with the quality of work, communication and professionalism from this company and will definitely use them again in the future!!

MIA came on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving while I was at work. How awesome it was to finish my Thanksgiving meal prep on Wednesday and not stress about cleaning my home for all that were coming beginning that evening. I was able to enjoy my day and not worry. After long work days and weeks spent out of town for work, I found Maid In Amarillo's website on a Saturday morning and booked a cleaning for later that afternoon. I love the simplicity of the website, it streamlines having your house cleaned and makes it as easy as ordering a pizza online. Everyone with the company, from the owner to the team of cleaners was fantastic. My house is super clean and I cannot wait to set up a regular cleaning time.
