It took me awhile to schedule my cleaning. I was nervous. But I'm grateful I did it. Katelyn & Ayla were great and did a wonderful job! This was a secret for my husband. I didn't tell him because I thought he would talk me out of it. He does most of the cleaning but we're getting older and more tired. After we walked around and he saw what a great job they did he said...Have them come back in 3 weeks!!! Thanks again!

Desiree cleaned my home for the first time today and I was ever so pleased with her work. She was very professional and immediately I could tell that she would not leave a speck of dust anywhere, I will definitely have her from now on.

I called out of the blue to have a home I was remodeling cleaned. I was sold over the phone. Easy to talk to. The team was on time every time. The house was a mess after two months of toning. Brown dust everywhere. The Ladies went to work and knocked it out in 4 hours. Ill defiantly be calling again.

Desiree is one of the best cleaners. She is very efficient at cleaning and she doesnt miss anything and its spotless every time. If you ever need someone to clean for you I recommend her because she gets it done quick and is squeaky clean every single time. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

She did such an amazing job cleaning my living room and kitchen. Very thorough and quick. She even dusted my book shelves that hadnt been dusted for quite some time and they look so much better. I will definitely be using her again!

**Amended** I called this company back after my horrible experience to ask for all my money back, the woman I spoke to was very nice and insisted on making it right; she promised to get people to my house in a few days and they would do a better job. I gave it a chance and was pleasantly surprised. They did pretty good the second time and multiple people came to clean. So they fixed the mistake pretty well.

I have used this company for two of my homes. In Dec. of 2020 the girl I had for 5 years quit. I loved her. I had just bought a prepaid package which I always did for close to $1000 dollars. I will start there and say DON'T PREPAY! I say this because I was not happy with the replacements. The first replacement girl called in sick after the 1st cleaning, the second girl had an emergency and moved away, the third girl was late for the first cleaning and was overwhelmed by the job.

I only have them clean 4 bathrooms. I'am the type of person that cleans before the cleaning people come. The owner Ron would not call me back or refund my money. The two office girls would always have to deliver the bad news no matter what it was. I was upset after 5 months of pleading for a refund to hire another company which I had found. The final straw was we were on a business trip and I get a text that the 3rd replacement was coming with a partner and what was my priorities if they didn't have enough time?

Well they didn't like hearing the truth. The owner Ron sent an email stating he was refunding the money (which was not the full amount) and to never call them again. Plus turned it around on me that I was the bad guy for getting upset. The only reason I used them originally was because they would handle lining up girls when they would quit. In the end it was very frustrating and time consuming to have several different girls.

I was lucky having the one for 5 years. All of this could of been avoided if they would of just refunded my money and let me hire who I wanted. This was not our fault! I tried 3 different replacement girls. If we were so bad why did the one stay for 5 years? We keep getting notifications to vote for them for best of state. I don't agree! I think if we had gotten a phone call from the owner in the first place it would have avoided a lot of problems. He is too busy being a Realtor or as we were told on vacation. Not the kind of companies we want to be affiliated with. We have parted ways!

I have been giving this company too many chances. They have broken items (crystals on a brand new chandelier and chipped a new mirror) and denied it, scratched surfaces on nice wood furniture, cleaned just around the edges (not even moving rugs or knick knacks) and forgotten to mop floors. Last week, the woman who cleans my bathroom spent most of her time talking to the other lady who was cleaning my kitchen.

They don't work their full scheduled hours and leave early. They clean through the middle, which shouldn't be the case with the prices they charge. This week they asked if they could move weeks and days around because of the holiday. There was such a mix up on rescheduled days and hours that I finally cancelled. I pay for help because I don't have time to do it myself. I wouldn't hire this company and am sad to say I stuck with them as long as I did. On the lookout for something better.

There work is mediocre. They come & clean my company's office once a month. Not only are they super loud & disruptive but they dress in the shortest shorts possible. & when I've paid for two hours they are there for about 45 minutes. Super unimpressed with this company Update: I'm keeping my original post because I want others to know why I'm only going up to three stars.

Recently they changed who came to my office, I don't know her name but she kicks ass & so does her partner. I've been super happy with it recently, they are super kind & respectful. If it's possible to request people I would suggest whatever the girls name is with the blue hair. She's awesome & so cute. & she is the sole reason I'm changing my review.

The last two times, I couldn't be home when they were here. Both times I found that everything was done. But I couldn't see anything extra that they did to make it two hours.

My advice would be to save your money and clean yourself, or hire your 9-year-old niece to do a better job that 2 Local Gals did at my house. I had such a disappointing experience with 2 Local Gals. I paid $510 for a deep clean of my house (blinds, baseboards, inside of cupboards, oven, the whole shebang), and came home to a really subpar job. I had saved up for months to treat myself to a deeper clean than I had the time/energy/ability to do myself and ended up with a job about as good as a committed 8-year-old could do.

I took photos and called. The customer service was poor. The woman I spoke with said, "I know they tried really hard to do a good job, " and acted like I had impossible standards, or something. There were visible pieces of dirt on my living room floor, streaks across my TV, and some of what I specifically paid for (inside of cupboards) hadn't been done at all.

The woman I spoke with at 2 Local Gals offered to have the cleaners come back, but I could already plainly see shotty job they did and wasn't interested. I ended up getting a mere $40 back (thanks) and vowing never to use this company again.

So the cleaning itself was good, but it's fairly expensive and seemingly random things weren't done. My house is 2000 sqft, maybe slightly bigger. The regular cleaning cost me $230 For some reason the kitchen was very clean except the floor, which didn't seem to have been mopped or swept. My kitchen table was in the corner of my dining room (lol) it's not super heavy so it wasn't a big deal.

The dining room chairs weren't wiped down, still greasy from my toddler's lunch before the cleaners arrived. I had done all of the dishes but one pan, which was still in the sink. A lot of stuff, such as the dining table, was moved and not put back. My cat's water bowl and food bowl, the storage container of diapers, some curtains, pillows, my bassinet, small stuff like that. The housekeepers were very nice and I will say that the top floor of my house is really REALLY clean. I would recommend this business as a back-up

No stars worst job ever never use them they do not do what they say they will do and I have the pictures to prove it! And they charge way too much for nothing done.

I hired this service to clean an empty house before I moved in, as I had some work done on the floors. You would think that without any furniture, I would find my house spotless! WRONG! $180 later, the floors were dusty and dirty, they hadn't even touched the windows or window sills; the ceiling fans were filthy, as were countertops, drawers, sinks, shower, tub and closets!

Nothing had been cleaned! I called one of the owners to complain. She said she had the flu and wasn't familiar with the work that had been done but that she would call me back the next day. A week later I called her back. She still complained about being sick and confirmed that indeed, they had "ran out of time." When I asked her to explain to me exactly what they HAD done in an empty house, after charging $180, she stated that they should have left me a note explaining what they hadn't had a chance to do.

I didn't need a note! I could see clearly that I had been majorly ripped off! After I told her that I had photographic proof of the filth that I encountered (not all of it due to the work on the floors but old dust bunnies and food particles) she offered me a "discount" to come back. Seriously? These local gals have a thing or two to learn about customer satisfaction and professionalism. Don't waste your hard earned dollars and do it yourself!

2 Local Gals are by far the best housekeeping service in northern Utah. It took us months to find them. It seems all the name-brand services in the area either employ "water-only" methods, or women who come in smelling like a bar and start breaking things, or girls who just sit in the rooms for 30 minutes and call them clean. While we did have to correct a few lapses over the years as staff changed they have consistently kept our house clean and tidy.

Way too expensive for the light cleaning they did! I called and told them I need some deeper cleaning done and they charged me $35 per hour! I thought ok they will clean it well. Not at all! Took 6 hours for her to lightly dust vacuum and wipe down counters! $200 and my house is still dirty! The girl also had an attitude as I asked her to Clean a specific room first so I could work in there and she refused saying I messed up her system. This was my first time hiring a house cleaner and I was very disappointed and I use to clean hotels and houses and I was good and fast but I recommend going somewhere else!

LOOOOOVE this company! Heidi in the office is so sweet and always so great to send me reminders and accommodate any requests I have. The cleaning gals are so nice and work so hard! My house has never been so sparkling clean and their work is very consistent, it's perfect every time!

I think that we all are picky about cleaning and can always find something wrong unless we do it ourselves. However, walking into my house and having the entire house clean at the same time like I used to be able to do before the start of the week, was so nice! The house looked awesome and they did a few extra touches that I didn't specify. I won't mention the small things I would have done better because the rest was so awesome and they will get those next Monday! I am excited to have them every week. Not to mention how nice the ladies were and I totally trusted them.

I am extremely picky about cleaning and have quite high standards. I was hesitant about using a cleaning service, but 2 Local Gals quelled any of my concerns. I needed the help and they came through to help out when we were selling our house and right around the birth of our baby. The girls that came out were so friendly, excellent cleaners, and made fast work of the long list I had for them.

I would recommend 2LocalGals to anyone and everyone. They are phenomenal! Also they are quite flexible with scheduling and very adaptable to adjusting times and days to fit your needs.
