Window Cleaning
Our eight-step window cleaning process delivers streak-free results using ammonia-free solutions and protective shoe covers for interior cleaning. We handle residential and commercial properties, including hard-to-reach areas like skylights. Technicians receive specialized training to ensure crystal-clear finishes while protecting your property's surfaces and surroundings.
House Washing
This low-pressure washing system removes mold and dirt from vinyl, brick, and stucco surfaces without damaging your home's exterior. Our four-step process includes pre-treatment, soft washing, rinsing, and final inspection to restore your property's curb appeal while preserving surface integrity through eco-friendly cleaning agents.
Gutter Cleaning
We manually remove debris and flush downspouts to prevent water damage and pest infestations. This service often combines with roof or house washing for comprehensive exterior maintenance. Our technicians inspect drainage systems to ensure proper water flow and identify potential structural issues during each cleaning session.
Gutter Guard Installation
ProGuard Gutter Protection systems prevent leaf accumulation through patented mesh technology. Professional installation creates a permanent barrier against debris while maintaining optimal drainage capacity. This solution reduces maintenance needs and protects your home's foundation from water-related damage over time.
Paver Sealing
Our sealing process combines surface cleaning with protective coating application that enhances color vibrancy and prevents staining. The breathable sealant resists weed growth and surface erosion while maintaining natural drainage patterns. This service extends the lifespan of outdoor hardscapes while improving aesthetic appeal.

What a great experience with this company! This was my first time using them & won't be my last! I had "soft" pressure washing done to gutters, soffits & downspouts. They look amazing! I also had windows (39+) washed inside & out. Wes was the technician that did all this work & I'm still in awe of his excellent results! My windows have never been this clean! Prompt, thorough, respectful of property & just did an awesome job! Thank you & I will certainly recommend your company to others.

Zach an d Brent did a fantastic job on my gutters. They went above and beyond by trying to unclog a gutter pipe that ran from the house under the yard. Would always recommend Squeegee Pro for any of your gutter, house or window cleaning needs. Excellent company with excellent personnel! Service: Gutter cleaning

Two young professional, polite guys did an amazing job on my windows, inside and outside. They had not been cleaned for couple years. They started work immediately, one outside and the other inside. They were extremely efficient, knew what they were doing, and did it right. They were very careful with my window shades and curtains. I have many plantation shutters, and they handled those gently. I would recommend them for any type home.small or large.

Our Squeegee pro, Wes, was on-time--actually arrived early-- and started work right away. The pressure washing was long overdue so I wasn't too sure about how it would turn out, but we are very satisfied. Wes did an excellent job, very professional. The house looks great. We will use Squeegee Pros again. Service: Power/pressure washing

Gary and Josh cleaned our new construction home windows today. They did an amazing job. We will definitely have them back every 6 months. As an aside, we had another Charlotte window cleaning company come out first as we thought Squeegee no longer existed given we saw their vacant building on NC 150. About 2/3 of the way through the job the supervisor from the other company told us the windows were too dirty for them to clean at the price quoted.

He said it would be $1000 more. We paid them their $435, price quoted, and they left. We had a conversation with the owner which went no where. Then we accidentally found out that Squeegee had merely relocated and we called them. From that first call they all have been true professionals, from their customer service representatives, to the estimator, and the window cleaners. Thanks so much for the amazing job and professionalism. The Squeegee Pros owner should be proud. We highly recommend this company for window cleaning.

The work done was performed by Angel and Chris for installing Gutter Guards for our home. There were 450 linear feet and it took a full day. They were very personable and professional and kept us appraised of the progress. The install looks good and we look forward to the results with future rain and keeping the Squirrels OUT!

Squeegee Pros, Inc installed Holiday lights at my residence. The customer service was great. I was provided a quote and a guaranteed install date right away. The team showed up on time, finished quickly and cleaned up after. The lights were perfectly straight and very bright. I will call again next year for sure.

Our 3 unit condo has used Squeegee Pros for years for windows and gutters. They've always been prompt, polite and professional. I tried another one or two along the way but the prices weren't that different and the service didn't match what I've gotten with these guys!

The workers showed up on time and finished in an appropriate time. If they made a mess they cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this service. The cost was reasonable. I am very pleased with my very clean windows.

Have had them come out 3 or 4 times. The windows in our sunroom are about 12 feet above the ground and they have done a good job each time. They were punctual, considerate and offered great advice as well. Strongly recommend them.
