Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our professional carpet cleaning service uses truck-mounted steam systems and IICRC-certified methods to remove deep-seated dirt, stains, and allergens. The process includes pre-inspection, dry vacuuming, furniture movement, pre-treatment, hot water extraction, stain removal, and grooming. Ideal for residential and commercial spaces seeking improved indoor air quality and extended carpet lifespan.
Upholstery Cleaning
Professional upholstery cleaning restores furniture appearance and hygiene using specialized tools and pH-balanced solutions. Our technicians perform pre-inspection, dry vacuuming, pre-treatment, extraction, and spot cleaning while protecting fabric integrity. Recommended for sofas, chairs, and other upholstered furniture exposed to daily wear or pet activity.
Odor Control
Our odor elimination service targets persistent smells from pets, cooking, or moisture using enzymatic cleaners and deodorization additives. The process breaks down odor-causing bacteria at the source during carpet or upholstery cleaning, leaving spaces fresh without masking agents or chemical residues.
Scotchgard Protection
Scotchgard application creates an invisible barrier against spills and stains on carpets and upholstery. Applied after cleaning, this 3M product repels water- and oil-based substances while maintaining fabric breathability. Ideal for high-traffic areas or homes with children and pets needing extended protection.
Subsurface Pet Urine Extraction
Specialized pet urine treatment uses subsurface extraction tools to remove contaminants from carpet padding. The process includes detergent breakdown, hydrogen peroxide neutralization, and standard cleaning. Requires technician evaluation to determine treatment scope and pricing for complete odor elimination.

Carolina Carpet Solutions always does a great job! I have used them for regular carpet cleaning, area rugs, upholstery and pet stain cleaning. They take great pride in their work and always make sure that I am pleased with the cleaning. Recently, they have come on 2 occasions for "emergency" pet cleaning and helped save our 2 new area rugs. You will not be disappointed if you call Matt!

From on-line reservation to easy on-line payment of invoice, my experience with Matt and Carolina Carpet Solutions was a positive one. Matt was quickly responsive to my initial questions, as this is not my typical way of booking a service, and provided further information about processes without ever trying to "upsale". Once on site, Matt's professionalism is reflected in his demeanor, equipment, and efficiency. Carpets look great and I am 100% satisfied. This company came recommended to me, and I wholeheartedly pass it on.

Matt and son go above and beyond to help his customer. I had a major stain from a stomach bug during the night and Matt was able to help me out the very next day. He's professional, thoughtful, prompt, and thorough. I've used him in the past and he never fails to get the job done. His prices are very reasonable and his customer service is top notch, which is hard to find in the service industry. I trust him with my furniture, walls and my dog roaming around while he works, and he has even recommended outside sources for oriental rugs which was right on target. I would never call anyone else. It's always a pleasure to have CCS in my home.

First and foremost, Matt always does a very thorough, high quality job. Secondly, he is always professional, responsive (if you have a pet accident), and on time. I like how you can see his openings on-line and choose an appointment day and time. You receive a confirmation notice for your selected appointment time. I've been using him for carpet, area rug, and upholstery cleaning since 2011 (maybe even earlier than that, I can't remember), and nobody else. The quality of his work over that span of time has been reliably consistent.

How can I express my gratitude to Matt from Carolina Carpet Solutions? I called Matt late on a Friday evening, as I just spilled my full glass of red wine all over my cream colored carpets and khaki couch. Matt told me what to do for the evening until he could get there first thing Saturday morning. He managed to get all the red wine out of both my couch and carpet, saving me thousands!! I still to this day show off the spot and no one can believe it, you can't even tell it happened. Matt also cleans all my investment properties.
Most are foreclosures and are in bad shape, but once he's finished with the carpet cleaning they're practically new again. I would recommend that you use Matt Hrdlick with Carolina Carpet Solutions as I firmly believe he is the best in the business and you will soon agree too.
