I got a quote from Lakeview that was consistent with what I have paid other window cleaners for my house. Lakeview reiterated the amount multiple times in confirmation emails and never stated it was subject to change. When the cleaners arrived at my house, they told me it would be $100+ more than I was quoted. This was a total bait and switch that must work for a lot of their customers, because they had no problem leaving without my business.
This is completely fraudulent, stay away from this company. And their response is incorrect, in not one communication does it say it will be adjusted. If their software is so inaccurate that the cost is $100+ more, they shouldn't be using it. Other window cleaners have estimation systems that work.

Lakeview windows was a pleasure to work with. Jared, was incredibly responsive to all my questions and the team followed my instructions to a T even when I wasn't there. The windows were left sparkling inside and out (not to mention there was no mess from dripping on my floors), the exterior wash made the house look freshly painted. I highly recommend these folks and look forward to working with them in the future.

Great job. Haven't cleaned the windows for over a year. Didn't get their names but the two that came to my home were professional and on time. One idea is to have them put their first names on the invoice so recognition can be specific. I will use your business again. Clean windows happy wife. Service: Window cleaning

Mediocre work. They kept on saying they were done. I kept on finding flies in the window tracks. Missed a couple of spots on the glass, but I was sick of asking them to come back and just fixed it myself. They say they are happy to come back, but the sighs of disgust every time I ask them to come back. say otherwise.

The windows in our home had been neglected because of bad weather. We wanted to be sure we would have good weather before we scheduled Lakeview Window Cleaning. As always we were very pleased with the finished job. However, we have noticed a little streaking on one window and one corner that remains a little dirty on.one window.

Lakeview is awesome! My house looks beautiful and they were so professional and courteous. Extra special thanks to Traci, Matt & Maddox. The exterior of my house was very dirty and these guys went above and beyond to scrub it clean. I really appreciate how much time they spent making sure it looked good. It took a lot of elbow grease and they stayed cheerful the entire time. Traci made sure that I was happy with the results and didn't seem rushed or bothered by the extra work. My windows are bright and clean as well I would give them more than 5 stars! Thank you Lakeview team. You guys are great at what you do!

Lakeview did a very nice job cleaning our home exterior, and the rain gutters were especially amazing when comparing the before and after pics! They were on time and communicated well, will call them again!

I put a sealant on my concrete each year...it take a couple of days and it's a huge pain. This year I discovered I can hire Lakeview to do it. So instead of getting stomach pains just thinking about the process, I sat back and watched them do it. And they did a much better job using a crew of 3. One sprays on the sealant while the other two roll it in. Worth every penny (and it was a great deal anyway)!! I would absolutly recommend these guys and they'll be sealing my concrete every year going forward!!

These guys did a great job! It was raining and they still came out to power wash my house. They offered the service of cleaning the mold off my back porch (for an additional charge which was fine) and where as they thought the job would only take about 10 minutes, it took closer to 45 minutes. They had to use some extra strong bleach but they got the work done and didnt charge me any extra beyond what they told me it would cost! They were very pleasant and hard-working and I would highly recommend them.

I have used Lakeview Windows for my Christmas lights for five years or longer. They are very professional. They give me a discount when I have them put up the lights early. They come and go without any hassle. They inspect my gutters as a courtesy service. They store my lights during the year and check to make sure they are all working. If one goes out, they come back to replace it. They are reliable, reasonably priced and customer friendly. Highly recommend using their service.

This was a great experience - quote, scheduling, communication as to when they were on the way, efficient teamwork, friendly helpful service! My windows turned out better than expected inside and out, tracks and screens with helpful hints and suggestions afterward. I will use this company again and would definitely recommend them!

Lakeview Window Cleaning is fantastic! We have them on a regular rotation to clean the windows of our multi-location business and they always do a great service with very professional and respectful cleaners. I would recommend them completely!

I love the service from Lakeview Window. They are proactive and provide a fair price for installing Christmas lights. They store the lights, call me in the fall to set up an install time, show up when they say they will, and then come back and take down the lights for storage after the holiday. Great company!
