The tailor is rarely on site. Several times when I stopped by before work, they had a sign up closed til 9am. Annoying. And their pricing is ridiculous. $46 for a thin sleeveless silk jumpsuit.

I have been going to Door to Door cleaners for roughly 2 years. The staff are very kind and the service/ product is great. However, it is undoubtedly the most expensive dry cleaners I have ever been to. I often come here because I am Malibu local; however, I will now be driving to Westlake to get my dry cleaning done. It is $30.00 to have any silk item cleaned! It is also $22.00 to have a sweater cleaned!
If you favor convenience over price, then maybe this is a good fit for you. If you are financially conscious at all, you will go elsewhere. I am totally accostomed to paying extra for something that this is superior in quality; however, these prices are ultimatley robbery and borderline unethical.

I think this is the best dry cleaners in Los Angeles. I took a dress and sweater to them and was afraid the stains I had gotten on them would not come out, especially the sweater which is very delicate. I just went to pick them up and they both are stain free and look like they are brand new. I highly recommend you take your dry cleaning to them!

I took in two simple "sewings", I wouldn't even call it alterations and 2 garments to be cleaned. I received a bill for $143. Totally outrageous. I was looking for a new cleaner close to my home, but I will NEVER go back to this place. I do not intend to pay their rent nor should anyone else staying at the Peninsula Hotel. I didn't even use their complimentary pickup and delivery. Outrageous!
