Lifesavers! When I accidentally sent my son's grad gown in our laundry bag, they went & found it, steamed it and had it ready for the ceremony in 30 min! I cannot thank them enough for the incredible customer service AND for day in and day out good careful cleaning of my family's garments.and even rugs!

I moved to Fresno recently and needed some down sleeping bags washed. In the past, I made the mistake of taking my sleeping bag to a cleaner who didn't know what they were doing and I didn't want to do that again, so I telephoned ahead of time to ask about the process. The person who took my call (Amber, I think) was so patient and thorough as she explained the process to me and answered all my questions, and her explanations and answers really showed her knowledge and experience washing down.
She quoted me a price that I thought was fair. I felt confident enough to bring both of my sleeping bags in (instead of testing the waters with just one). When I dropped off my sleeping bags the next morning, they were friendly and efficient. They quoted me the same price and 1-week turnaround time that I had been given over the phone. I picked up the sleeping bags today and am very satisfied! My expectations were high, especially after the phone consultation, and they exceeded them. The sleeping bags are clean, odorless, and washed very well. I will be back next time I need sleeping bags or anything else cleaned.

It's wrong when a customer is there before 530 and the staff doesn't acknowledge your there waiting to be helped. Poor excuse for a properly run business. Your hours state close at 530, if I am there before 530 you should be still operating your business. Don't waste peoples time.
