Jackson location: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 9am-2pm. Wilson location: Tue-Fri 9am-5pm. Both closed weekends except Jackson's Saturday morning hours.

I had a favorite backpack whose zipper broke, and brought it in to Blue Spruce to see if they could repair it. They assured me they could and low and behold they did! The work was so great, affordable, and quick that when the zipper broke on my favorite snowboard jacket I immediately brought it to Blue Spruce. Again, turn around was quick and very affordable, though I wasn't thrilled with a gold zipper on my black jacket and it was placed on the outside of the coat instead of the inside.
I reached out and expressed my concerns and Mary, the owner, got back to me right away and asked me to bring it back at my convenience. I dropped it off on a Monday and was told could be a couple weeks, but they called me Wednesday (or Thursday) to say it was done. Just picked it back up and thrilled! Everything looks great! They do amazing work here, are very professional, and seriously want to do right by you. If you need alterations or repairs bring it here!

I dropped off 3 expensive leather coats. They told me 4 weeks. Its been several and I called them. She told me they have been ready for sometime. Not once did they contact me. Nor did she apologize for their mistake.
