Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our truck-mounted hot-water extraction process cleans carpets down to the backing, removing bacteria and allergens. We use alkaline pre-sprays, teflon-rake agitation, and pH-balanced rinsing for deep cleaning. Post-cleaning inspections ensure satisfaction with stain removal and fiber softness.
Upholstery Cleaning
Specialized steam extraction removes dirt from sofas, chairs, and ottomans without over-saturation. Our process includes pre-vacuuming, upholstery-specific pre-sprays, and careful pressure control to maintain fabric integrity while eliminating common stains.
Tile Restoration
High-pressure steam cleaning with alkaline/acidic chemicals restores tile and grout. We apply penetrating sealants to prolong cleanliness. Our 1000 psi truck-mount equipment with 230F water effectively removes built-up grime from floor surfaces.
Odor Removal
Specialized products and training address pet urine stains and smells. We assess damage severity to determine if cleaning or carpet replacement provides the best solution for eliminating persistent odors.
Rug Cleaning
In-home steam extraction cleans rugs using truck-mounted equipment. Our process preserves rug fibers while removing embedded dirt and stains through hot-water extraction and pH-balanced rinsing techniques.

Jason is awesome and his 5 star rating is obviously hard earned. I was referred to him by my step mom. He gave me a quote on the phone and kept me informed and was even able to get out earlier than expected. The job was cleaning old cheap carpets that hadn't seen a good cleaning possibly ever. Jason was thorough, professional, reasonably priced, and pointed out spots that might be problems before he started.
When he was done I was truly amazed, I was not anticipating miracles but in this case it truly was one. I wish I had the before pictures. I used him again on my rental house where the previous tenants did unspeakable things to the carpet. Jason warned me in advance but I was still amazed what he was able to achieve. Jason, This review was a long time coming but you deserve credit where credit is due!

I have used Pro Clean twice so far and will continue to use their carpet cleaning service in the future. The technician (the owner in this case) did an excellent job on our whole-house carpets. The carpeting came out better than I had anticipated and he was able to clean more than I was expecting. All in all, very satisfied. I have no criticisms at all.

I have used Pro Clean several times. They are the only company that I have called back. I was impressed with their punctuality ans their work ethic. The carpets always look good after they have been here even though the carpets have seen better days.

Best carpet cleaners ever, I've used them for more than 8 years. They clean better than anybody else, get spots out that others can't and leave the carpets drier than others too. Highly recommend!

Pro clean did an excellent job cleaning our sofa and carpets. They were very professional. Before cleaning our light color cotton sofa, they tested the fabric in a spot that wouldn't show. They were on time and very easy and pleasant to work with.
