Need to improve communication between customer service and technicians in the field. Also, technicians do not communicate with homeowners very well.

I had a great experience with Bubbles. I used them before andhad been really happy with the service. This time I was reminded again what a great job they did from beginning to end. Also, I realized how much I loved the clear view of our yard from our home. It almost seemed like spring!
