They cleaned & preserved my wedding dress. It came out beautifully. Kathy & Angie were so nice. I got to inspect the dress after they cleaned it and the boxing process is very professional. Highly recommend if you need to trust someone with a sentimental item

Friendly customer service - even contacted me outside of their business hours to accommodate my needs! They picked up our 40 marching band uniforms on a Tuesday and they were back on Friday! Highly recommend!

I had a remarkable experience with Kimmel's during our final touches for our wedding. Angie, at the Tiffin location, altered my dress. She did exactly what I needed and requested, on top of adding her own ideas, which were great. She was done with my dress within a week! I feel the price was fair at $100, especially for the job she did. I also chose their linens for our tables, thought we ran short and Kathy was so kind to give me another linen, even though my count was wrong. And their cleaning services for wedding dresses is perfect. I've never had any issues with Kimmel's and will always turn to them for any laundering needs. Thanks for being awesome!

Service was fast, friendly and on time. The business was neat, clean and organized. Unfortunately, they are not equipped with prom or wedding dress facilities.
