I was offered a rug second hand from a friend who suggested I "run a carpet cleaner over it". After renting one and running over it 6 times (which took hours) the water was still as black and stinky as the first time. I decided to contact the professionals and they completely restored a rug I was having second thoughts about. Prices are fair, work is fantastic. Last time I take a second hand rug!

This is the 2nd time we've used them. The first was when we had a clothing moth infestation and we needed the carpets cleaned and some repairs done. This time was to get all of our rugs cleaned in preparation for storage and a move. Both times they were great, very accommodating of a tight schedule and just helpful in general. The work is not cheap but it is high quality.

Has been cleaning rugs for my family for over a decade. Persian, oriental, and whatever else we have. Easy to drop off and pick up. Customer service is lovely! Everyone is so polite and helpful. I try to tip when they bring or take the rugs out of my vehicle.and they refuse.but I insist. I have never been disappointed.and my rugs are family heirlooms. Cleaned past my expectations!

I've been so happy with this team of professionals. Not only does my rug look great (and without any chemical smells!), the staff were kind, answered my questions, and even took my 3 year old around to show her how everything works. They took time to talk to me about different options for all my rugs, and their prices are hard to beat. I will definitely be back.
