We have used this company for 17 years to clean our gutters and the team always arrives on time and does a great job. We have used them to fix a fallen gutter and also clean our windows. Today we had the team install new shutters on our home. They, once again, did a wonderful job and our home looks beautiful. I highly recommend Chesapeake for a job well done!

We used Chesapeake Property Services earlier this year to clean our gutters and then used them again recently to repair two downspouts. They were easy to work with and did good work! The office staff is really responsive and easy to work with; I had to schedule BGE to turn off a power line that runs near our downspout and Chesapeake Property was very helpful in coordinating on a date. Also, the actual work was good- we've had an old, leaky downspout since we moved into our house and Chesapeake quickly resolved the issue. We look forward to continue using Chesapeake for our seasonal gutter cleanout.

We had them come out to clean our dryer vent that was blocked. They responded back within 20 minutes with a quote on a Sunday and were here on Tuesday morning. GREAT service, very friendly guys, super helpful. 10/10 would recommend them every time!
