Critical: Quality Bay Area "clean" care did a terrible job. Had to have them come back 2-3 times to fix what they missed and still didn't even complete the job thoroughly. Very disappointed with this business.

My oriental rug came back just as dirty as it was when it went into the Bay Area CC. After successfully spot cleaning it in a few small areas it was obvious nothing had been done to clean it. Bay Area Clean Care refused to do anything about it. Service: Area rug cleaning
