Water Damage

Class 1 Loss: All structural materials will be dry within three (3) days. If the drying process exceeds three (3) days, there will be NO charge for the additional days.* Class 2 & 3 Losses: All structural materials will be dry within five (5) days. If the drying process exceeds five (5) days, there will be NO charge for the additional days.*

I've worked with all the drying companies in the area and over the yrs through property management and re-construction. My experience with Bay Area has been that they are always professional, know what they are up to, and always try to do the right thing. I suspect the prior two reviews have an ulterior motive.
