Vista Building Services, Inc. was RS Koch Janitorial Service and was started January of 1987 by Randy Koch. With one employee at that time and a dream to have the best service company in Medford, he began selling door to door and landed a contract to clean Boise Cascade in White City, Oregon. Now 30 years later, we still have that contract with Boise and have grown to be one of the largest building service contractors in Southern Oregon, servicing large companies all over Southern Oregon.We take care of multiple branches for large banks, several large car dealerships, multi-story medical buildings, small doctor offices, and several large retailers.

Randy Koch, President and CEO, has owned his own business for over 27 years. He was born and raised in Eagle Point. He is an astute business man with great attention to detail. He is certified as a IICRC Floor Care Technician, and IICRC Commercial Carpet Cleaning Technician. Jill Koch has been with the company since 1988.

Being raised here in the Rogue Valley and knowing our community as well as we do, has helped us get some really great people to back us up in everything we do. Our CPA is Robert Hague of Michael Piels CPA. He has taken care of our accounting needs for nearly 21 years (when he's not enjoying a great round of golf!).

Our commitment to the industry is seen in our training programs and our never ending education to new technology and better cleaning standards. We are constantly taking classes and seminars on new and better ways of doing things. One example is our new cleaning products. Green Seal Certified Envirox products are not only excellent cleaning chemicals, using hydrogen peroxide, but also very safe for our environment. These chemicals are completely non corrosive, non toxic, safe on all pipes and sewage systems, and safe for your staff to breathe.
