Critical: Quality Duraclean came out to do a mold inspection. They did a visual inspection and moisture test. They don't do actual sample testing. They missed 3 very obvious water stains. Another company came out and found the stains and sample tested them and there was mold on them and they are removing it.

Very professional and efficient. Reasonably priced. We had to change date of service, so very accommodating. We've used Duraclean before and they got out stains out of carpet that rent your own carpet cleaner didn't.

This company worked with my schedule and was very punctual the day of service. However, they used my electricity to operate their compressor and a microwave without my permission. When I inquired, I was told to report any increase on my electric bill to my insurance company. If my electricity was not on, what source of energy would have been used. Apparently, this is a common practice which is unacceptable. Additionally, a Red Bull can and glove was left in my tree.
